Steps on Desktop:

  1. Launch Microsoft Teams and sign in to your account.
  2. On the left sidebar, click on the ‘Chat’ tab.
  3. To start a new one-on-one call, click the ‘New Chat’ icon at the top of the chat list, and enter the name or email address of the person you want to call.
  4. Once you have selected the desired contact, click on the ‘Video Call’ or ‘Audio Call’ icon at the top right corner of the chat window to initiate the call.
